In order to assess the working fit, all new clients are offered a no-obligation, 15 minute phone consultation.

This is an opportunity for you to ask Laurel any additional questions you have about her approaches/work/counselling in general. Laurel will also do her best to let you know how she imagines working together, or provide additional resources if the working fit might be better suited elsewhere.

Please note that Laurel is currently offering video and telephonic counselling sessions only.

Clients are invited to choose which option they prefer.

Clients are able to book virtual sessions with Laurel directly, or through Bellevue Natural Health Clinic.

50 Minute Sessions - $135

80 Minute Sessions - $220

Individual counselling sessions include:

Couples counselling

80 Minute Sessions - $240

80 minute sessions are recommended for couples, in order to provide enough time for depth and coaching on communication skills.

Please Note:

  • Payment methods are discussed within the initial consultation, and include e-transfer, credit/debit.

  • Clients who have medical benefits covering an RCC will provide payment upfront and a receipt to submit for reimbursement. If you are unsure about your coverage, please contact your provider (Examples of providers are: Blue Cross, Manulife).
