Milestones like moving to college, starting a new job, or getting married can be often experienced as stressful. Of course, there are also devastating transitions: the end of a relationship, grief and loss, losing a job, a health diagnosis, or the impact of natural disasters.
Whether the change is deemed as ‘welcome’ or devastating, tools and support for adjusting and deciding how to move forward is crucial.
