I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC #13124) with over a decade of experience, and I feel genuinely grateful to do this work. I specialize in online counselling for adults and youth (16+), supporting clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, and chronic pain or illness through secure, virtual therapy across BC. My approach as an online anxiety counsellor is practical, compassionate, and collaborative, with the goal of helping you reconnect with your life in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. I draw from evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), always tailoring interventions to your goals and values. Integrity, curiosity, and personal autonomy guide my clinical work. Outside of session, I’m a type-B mom to two young kids, a devoted dog-mom to a spirited Jack Russell, a donut connoisseur, and a longtime Fleetwood Mac listener — because being human matters here too.

who do I support?

  • Those who are experiencing a major life transition and feel overwhelmed (eg. a move, adjustment to university, change in relationship, new job).

  • Those who have anxiety that interferes with their functioning (eg. Social anxiety, fear, panic attacks, fear, generalized anxiety).

  • Those living with chronic pain or illness and want support in navigating healthcare options or tools to manage pain.

  • Those who have experienced trauma and are looking for ways to heal and support their nervous system.

  • Those with specific goals, who feel stuck in regards to moving forwards (eg. health goals, new entrepreneurs).

  • Those who want space to explore concerns about their relationships, or are going through the end of a relationship.

  • Those who are wanting to explore current patterns of thinking, feeling, relating, and behaving, to create more opportunity for choice in their lives.

I work primarily with individual adults and teens aged 16+

One of the most exciting parts of my career has been learning about the brain and nervous system, and exploring tools that can be easily utilized to promote emotional regulation, relaxation, and more capacity for problem-solving and creativity. Over the years, I’ve come across some amazing tools, and have compiled them into a PDF. Please feel free to download a copy below!
